Answers:
It depends where you work at and what equipment you have access to!. I recommend running and cycling try to do this at least 4 times a week if you're comfortable with running and cycling do it more!. After you run which will be your warm up you will want to work out!. I recommend doing crunches/situps 2-3 times a week!. You should always give your muscles days to recover!. For legs you should do some squats and use weight machines if you have access to a gym!. For your arms you may want to do curls if you have access to dumbbells!. If your trying to lose weight and gain muscle you will definitely want to eat healthy and get enough protein because it is key for helping your muscles recover!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, as a warm up, stretch your body but don't strain yourself!. Then gently start doing 15 sit ups but jogging or walking is also a good way to burn off fuel!. It depends when you exercise, how you exercise, and what exercises you do and what foods you eat!. Also try asking other people for fat burning exercises!.
