What are some exercises that help you lose weight really fast...?

I want to lose weight around my stomach and thighs and a dramatic result within around 2 weeks or less...on another question i saw someone said if you swim laps for 2 hours you can lose 5 pounds what are some other simple exercises. I am 5'2'' and 120 pounds- i wanna be around 105

Answers:

2 weeks is too short i think. Cardio exercises like jogging and biking have greatest results. You have to understand though that for cardio exercises, you have to know how much the intensity and heartbeat rate to maximize fat-burning results. Im sure a trainer can help you with that. I also heard that playing badminton is also very effective in fat-burning. All these exercises should be accompanied by a proper diet - avoid chocolates, burgers, cakes etc. Complex carbs like whole-wheat breads, oatmeals...etc are good for your diet.
