Question: I need abs in a month please help!!!?
I am 5 feet tall, 115lbs and I run on occasion but I am planning on running more since it is warmer out (I know you need cardio to get rid of the fat over the abs section in order to see them)!. I do crunches and have tried different crunch methods (ie hands behind head, arms over chest, side crunches, etc!.) but have not been getting the results I want! I also see all those infomercials about getting abs and wonder if anyone has tried any that really work!. Help its almost bikini season!

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!.
Every week add to the number of repetitions!.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's to late, if you start now you might have then next year!. but things like this don't come easy or fast and they take tons of work and willpower!. Which it seems you don't have!.

1 month is not enough time to see ANY appreciable gains!. while people are giving advice which will help, the simple answer is that NOTHING is going to do this in 1 month!. Not even close!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio & weights are key!. Abs get covered with fat which is why they are not visible!.
Doing sit ups can only help if the fat isn't there to block them from being visible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
