I am a stay at home mother of two!. Our son is 2 our daughter is one!. I have been taking the kids for a thirty minute walk everyday!. I hardly get a chance to eat, but when I do, I eat pretty healthy!. I drink crystal light with my water!. After I had our daughter I weighed 196, now I weigh one fifty five, I would be so happy at 135 or 140!. I am a former state beauty pageant winner, and I would love to look the way I used to!. Everytime I look in the mirror, I am just ashamed of the way I look!. when I was 14 I suffered from bullemia!. I am totally over that now!. My husband tells me I am beautiful everyday, we have a wonderful sex life!. I am using the Bender Ball, which leaves me sore, which is a good thing I guess!. I played softball for 11 years, and my legs have been very good to me! My husband is always talking about how sexy they are!. I could get up to 500 pounds and they would look the same!. I just dispise like my face, it's a little puffy and my abs! PLEASE HELP!THANKS!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat lots of veggies with every meal!. I sautee veggies with an eggwhite omlette in the morning!. I eat chicken, fish, and shrimp, because its low fat and good protein that keeps me full longer!. I eat pasta and I weigh it on a food scale before cooking so I know what a portion will look like when I eat it!. Count calories too!. It keeps you honest and exercise for 1 hr!. a day!. Take the kids to the gym and get 1 hr without them!. It will do a world of good for everyone!
