How many calories should I eat for weight loss?!


Question: How many calories should I eat for weight loss!?
My BMR (how many calories my body burns daily without exercise) is 1443!. I workout daily as well, so how many calories should I eat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

google "maintain weight calculator" input all of your info!. and click on lightly active!.!.!.!.take that number minus 500!
500 is a the calorie deficit!.!.to achieve that either eat 500 calories less, or burn 500 or combine both like 200/300!
My BMR is 1437, my maintain is 1800!. No exercise I only eat 1300!.!.!. with exercise I burn 300 during cardio making it 1600 I can eat! 300 burned + the 200 calories of less food eaten from 1800, = 500 total deficit!

Don't eat lower than 1,400!. With exercise that should result in weight loss but if you cut your calories too low, you might end up losing muscle instead of fat!. After a couple weeks change up your exercise routine and diet!. When the body gets used to the same thing, it becomes more effecient with its calories and you will hit a plateau!. Change by adding an extra couple hundred calories 1-2x a week!. This will shock your system bc it will not be expecting the addition intake, so it will work harder to burn it off!. Also make sure to drink plenty of water!. Being dehydrated can cause your fat cells to increase in size, making it harder to burn stored fat!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

to lose a pound you need to burn roughly 3500 calories!. So if you eat 1400 cal!. a day and keep working out you will lose weight!. Just from working out your metabolism will work harder for up to 4 hours after the work out!. It is hard to give you proper advice without the numbers, but I would not recommend going below eating 1400 calories a day, especially if you are active!. Also if you keep eating lower amounts of calories, every day, your metabolism will plateau and slow down and you will stop losing weight, even if you are exercising like crazy!. You need to still eat healthy but change your calorie intake each day like 1400 one day 1600 the next!.!.you need to alternate!. Add 1443 to the number of calories you burn during exercise!. One way to figure the number of calories you are burning during exercise is to get a heart rate monitor which gives you these figures!. To lose weight, eat less calories than what you burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
