your diet will not work, once you eat your body adjusts so you will gain back the weight! try to take baby steps toward the right direction!. the longer it takes you to lose the weight the better the chances you will keep it off!.

when i first started dieting i decided to switch from soda to water!. that was all i did and i lost alot of weight!. then i decided i was goin to walk more!. then i lower my meals from 5 meals a day to only 4 then 3!. then i tried to pick healthier meals by cutting down the sides like mayo and cheese and ice cream and chips!. then i increase my exercise routine to one that fit my schedule!. like i did abt 100 jumping jacks and 100 situps a day but i started out doing only 25 of each!.

starving may seem like the only route but it will only lead you to a dead end!. Remember anything worth getting never comes easy!.

you can do it the healthy way just dont give up!. i messed up my diet alot even though it was a success! but i just tell myself i will do a couple more jumping jacks tonight to make up for it! remember messing up is normal and exercise will always help you make up for the times u ate that extra cake or ice cream =/Www@Answer-Health@Com

EAT!!! you need to eat to burn calories, if you starve yourself, you will only slow down your metabolism and have a harder time keeping it off! you need to feed your metabolism or it will hold on to every calorie you eat in order to keep your body systems going!. If you dont eat, your body will start to eat your muscle to fuel itself, and you will end up weak!. You lost that weight so quickly because it was water weight!. Please eat at least 3 meals and a snack or two everyday!. keep them portion controlled and healthy choices!. give your body the fuel it needs to not only burn those calories but to make it through your day!Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off, you cant lose weight if you dont eat!.(well you can but you wont look too good afterwards, look at people who just got out of pow camps in history) try working out or going to a fitness center if you have one near you and start eating healthy!. carefully regulate your food intake to somewhere near 2000 calories check the periodic table for other hints!.

omg dont do that its bad for you just eat in moderation i know your probably thinking i want it gone and fast, and i know where your coming from, but just eat fruits, and veggies stay away from carbs and sugar!. you need to eat more then one thing a day i mean your system could shut down because of not enough food intake!. i no someone has a doctor for a dad and has seen a lot of ppl pass becaus ef not eating!!!
so just eat more then an apple!

I think your desire to lose some weight is very commendable but you really should do it under the supervision of a qualified physician, not some Internet chat board!.

wow um i don't know what to say!.!.!.!. I would say can you eat mints!? they are only 5 calories for 3 of them and they get you hyped up!.!.!. 3 mints= 1 cup of coffee!.!.!.!. just my thinkingWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think this ways can work for you and more cheaps!.

eat fresh fruit
eat more salad
do not drink milk
do not drink yogurt
drink with natural water
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
sport (like walking, running, swimming, aerobic)
do not eat junk food

here is an example eat menu for 1 day

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as

much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult,

sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh

vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled

chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.
