Problem w/ excercising!!!?

I eat well most of my day and I eat tons of veggies, fruits, and drink a lot of water. The problem is my excersizing. I'm going away for a half a month later this summer and i've been trying to get into dance classes. I LOVE dance. but my mom said that I can't sign up because i'll miss WAYYY too many classes. So now, I'm doing absolutely no sports while ALL my friends have like softball/swimming crap EVERY DAY. I feel like a TOTAL slob. Now i've turned to hour-pilates tapes ( in these past few weeks) and I don't FEEL like i've gotten results but I feel very good after i'm done. If I do an hour of pilates a day,and dance around the house alot in a day, is this enough?

It's enough to keep you in shape & feeling good. If you want more of a challenge though, try shape.com. They have a whole archive of workouts for every body part. :)
