Drinking milk???!
Question: Drinking milk!?!?!?
i have a friend who drinks approximately 8 pints (4!.5Litres) of milk each day, are there any health concerns here!? it just seems an excessive amount, i am concerned that there may be some health 'side effects' to drinking this amount, apart from spending loads of time on the toilet of course!. It would also be relevant which form of milk this is, semi-skimmed is 300 calories per pint so 8 pints would be 2,400 calories, the full daily calorie requirement for an adult man! Full fat would be about 1/3 more at 3,600 calories! The calcium and Vitamin D intake is also high enough to damage the kidneys and increase the risk of kidney stones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Too much calcium is not good for you!. Drinking this much will also make you gain weight most likely, when I lost my weight I cut out dairy completely and it worked a lot better!. That's a lot of milk to drink daily!Www@Answer-Health@Com
well, too much of anything is a bad thing! The main effects are to have high cholesterol, calcium deposits on the skin, and like you said, the runs!Www@Answer-Health@Com
