How to tone lower abdominals?!


Question: How to tone lower abdominals!?
i was wondering which workout tones the lower abs the best!.it seems very hard to do!.one of my friends has a six pack and he says he gets his toned by running!.but idk:DWww@Answer-Health@Com

hanging leg raises and jack-knifes!. Anything where your lifting your bottom half of your body!. You can lay on your back and hold your legs up 6in above the ground and hold them for as long as you can!.!.!.wait 20 sec and repeat!. Its hard but it hits the lower abs !. Your friend is right!. Abdominal fat is storage fat, and is used up when your body needs long haul engergy!. Basically you need to burn of that fat before any abdo!. muscles can be seen!.
There is a book called Legnedary Abs that is good!. Also check the M&F Mags in the local library, they have excellent exercises, and sometims have features on Abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will not see six pack while you have too much fat on your abs (the body fat % should be lower than 10% or so to see abs)!. And jogging is the best way to loose weight (together with eating healty)!.
Now, you cant see abs without loosing weight, but what you will see largely depends on muscles behind fat!. Here come different abs excercises!. Bent-Knee Hip Raise from here works on lower abs for example!.
