Hi im trying to lose 10 pounds by the weekend of july 4th..will this work?!


Question: Hi im trying to lose 10 pounds by the weekend of july 4th!.!.will this work!?
egg white boiled on multigrain toast!.black coffee for breakfast
some almonds snack at 11 am dry unsalted roasted
fruits for lunch like an apple and grapefruit
snack on a couple of dates with black coffee at 3 or 4pm
have beans and rice or beans on toast for dinner with a salad no dressing just veggies and some steamed brocoli or greens
and then have a treat as i get cravings and would end up bingeing if i didnt treat myself to a night time snack like around 250 cals could be popcorn,frozen yogurt,cookies,fruit and yogurt parfait, a tostatda or a burrito or grilled cheese or a few chips and hummus or salsa maybe 2 spoons and around 15 chips!.!.!.but i limit my calorie to 250 for the bad food!.
and i work out 200 calories a day 3 times a week on the treadmill!.!.and drink 4 glasses water a day!.will i lose 10 pounds by july 4th!?please be honest and tell me what i can change or add in!?thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'll break it down-
Breakfast- Perfect!. You have the complex carbs for energy, plus the protein from the egg white!. Plus some nice caffeine to get you going :-)
Snack- Perfect again!. You didn't get any fat at breakfast, really, so the completely healthy unsaturated fat in the almonds is exactly what you need!. Just be sure not to snack mindlessly on nuts!. Although they are one of the healthiest foods you can eat, calories add up fast!.
Lunch- Here's where it kinda falls apart!. Fruit is so healthy, and it's great to eat it!. They are perfect nutrition, plus you get the benefit of the fiber!. But only fruit for lunch!? No protein, no fat!? As great as fruit is, the only energy they give you is from the carbs!. And the carbs in fruit are from sugar!. Natural sugar, so you should still eat it, but it burns off really fast!. Within a couple hours, you are going to be hungry!. I think you should go a little heavier on the lunch!. Try to have fat, protein, and carbs at every meal!. Maybe have something else with the fruit!.
Snack-Although dates are a great snack, they have basically the highest sugar content of all fruit!. They will burn off long before you eat dinner, and you will get hungry!. Since your lunch is so small, you need to either have a much more substantial snack, or have more lunch!. And there's a good chance you need the coffee at this point because you have no energy from your lunch!. The mid after noon crash, it happens to the best of us!.
Dinner-Beans are good, they have the protein and a small amount of fat you need!. Are you a vegetarian!? If you aren't you could have some lean meats like chicken and fish for variety!. Just a thought!. Nice to see that you also got some carbs in there for balance!. Just make sure it's brown rice-white rice is processed, it's not a whole grain!. Salad is good too, you haven't had any veggies so far, and you need them!. If you can take it without dressing, all the power to you!.
Treat- I think it's a great idea!. The only thing I have to say is it sounds like you're having another meal!. Seriously, if you're hungry enough after dinner to eat a burrito, you need to eat more food!. If you're going to have a full out dessert, maybe limit yourself to 1-2 times a week and have fruit all the other nights!. Of, just have a small dessert every night, such as a small piece of dark chocolate, or one cookie!. Don't go too crazy, but it's good thinking to have treats to avoid bingeing in the end!.
Other-Don't measure your exercise in calories!. Go by how long you run for!. Aim for about an 30-60 minutes of exercise a day!. More is better, as long as you don't get too intense!. You don't need to run for an hour a day, that's excessive!. Going for a walk is great exercise!. Also, mix it up a bit too!. Like, if you run one day, bike the next!. That way, you won't get sick and quit!. You need more than four glasses of water a day!. It's 8-10, and water really does matter!. Slowly increase your intake, until you can drink that mush!. It flushes your system, you'll feel great!.

You probably will lose 10 pounds by July!. It's a very realistic goal, so I congratulate you on that!. As long as you don't cheat and stick to your exercise, you'll be able to do it fairly easily!. I hope my advice is helpful!. Good luck!

I doubt it!. Regular eggs are horrible for you!. Eating way to much bread, and not working out enough!. Exercise 1 hour everday!. Lastly your sentence structure could use some work as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset!. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy!.

1) What is my goal!? I want to lose __kg in __ time!.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal!? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have!? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have!? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years!?
6) Then when do I want to take action!?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm!. Soups are great dinners

If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss!. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class!.!.!.

here's a more effiecient way

here's what you're gonna do on the treadmill 3x a week (spread out)!. it's called HiiT (high intensity inverval training)!. the workout is only 20 minutes long, but it will boost your metabolism to burn 9x more than an hour on the tread mill!. so what you do is walk for one minute, then run for one, then walk, run, walk, run, etc!. for one minute each until you get to 20!. HOWEVER, it's not that easy because during the run, you should really be pushing yourself to the point that you don't think you'll be able to take it anymore!. you many have to play witht he speed to see where you are!. and eventually the run speed will get higher and higher as you get in better shape!. pick another two days a week to do either a regualr paced jog or go ride a bike around!. or even go for a few mile walk outside!. you're gonna want to rest on your days off from HiiT cuz it's intense!.

Now, being fit is 80% diet, so NO MORE sugars (including sugar from fruit), chips, sodas (unless it's a diet soda) fattening foods, fried foods, or any junk food, period!!! eat lean meats like chicken breast and fish or egg whites even!. eat your carbs for breakfast in the form of oat meal or cream of wheat!. you can have some carbs at lunch too, but not much and none for dinner!. lunch should either be a healthy sandwhich or a little bit of brown rice and chicken or fish!. dinner chicken or fish and veggies!. if you're hungry in between meals and want a snack, have an egg white or two!. seriously, learn how to portion your meals!. pay attention here: eat until you are no longer hungry--NOT until you're full!. you'll learn the difference if you pay close attention!. if you're looking more for a number to hit, then reduce your maintainance calories by 500 per day!.

what a healthy sandwhich is considered to be is something like this (it's what i eat) turkey on wheat with just lettuce, tomato and very light on may or none at all!. you can add pickles and stuff, but i just personally don't like them!. but don't go adding cheese or anything like that!.

It's really very simple!.

There are 2 categories of workouts and you only need to focus on one of those for weight loss!.

1!. Resistance training - weight lifting, sit-ups, push-ups, etc!.

2!. Cardiovascular Training - walking/running, swimming, jumping jacks, dancing to the oldies, etc!.

You need only to focus on #2 for weight loss!. #1 is good for muscle tone but does little for weight loss!.

Cardiovascular exercises are simple and you don't need any fancy equipment!. For successful weight loss, all you need to do is any body movements that get your heart rate higher than normal!. That's what cardiovascular workouts are all about!. They simply get your heart rate up and burn off fat!.

You will need to keep your heart rate up for longer than 20 minutes per session in order to achieve a successful burn!. The body takes that much time to warm up and begin the burn!. Any huffy-puffy activity will work such as walking, running, going up and down stairs, vigorous dancing, jumping rope, just anything that makes you huff and puff!. That's the key - huff and puff for over 20 minutes a session!. This is how your body burns off fat!.
