It's absolutly okay to eat before you go to bed!. It's a complete MYTH that if you eat at 6 or 7PM you'll gain weight!. Calories are calories, no matter what time of day you eat them at!. If you're averaging a 2,000 calorie diet it doesn't matter when you eat those 2,000 calories!. Your body will use them regardless what time you eat them!. Remember, just because you "turn off" for the night doesn't mean your body does!. You are still using calories (energy) while you sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's alright to eat late you shouldn't eat any carbs!. Fruit or vegetables are probably the best!. Don't have anything like bread or pasta after 5:00!. I usually stear clear of these after lunch!. Don't eat a lot of stuff though limit yourself to 1 or 2 handfuls of fruit or veggies!. You don't want to go overboard because all the sugars you eat will be stored and not used!. Do eat after 7 if you are hungry!.!.!.it will NOT cause you to gain weight! Try cereal, it is my favorite!. Pick something with fiber (to fill you up), and preferably low in sugar!. Also, try to stick to the serving size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
