Question: People keep making fun of me because i am a big girl!?
im 14 years old and 185 ibs!!! :( and i do exercise and eat betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, I don't think that is very overweight, but it also depends on your height!. Try to ignore people that make fun of you because it is harder to change yourself for someone else, than if you decide to do it yourself!.

But if you want to loose weight I suggest that you make your metabolism faster by walking/jogging/or running!. If you don't do it often, than start of with once a week!. Slowely you can move on to faster paces and you can do it more frequently!.

Also, make sure you are eating the right foods!. Try to drink less soda and none if possible!. Eat all of the fruits and veggies you need to get all of your vitamins, along with your protien and calcium from dairy and meat(or not if you are a vegetarian)!. Eating a big breakfast is a great start to your day and try not to eat dinner after about 6:30!.

If you find that exercising and eating right does not help, than it might just be your genes!. Maybe it is something that can not be changed because you are like you parents or relatives!. If this is the case than you need to learn hoe to accept yourself!.

If I were in your position, i might try punching them in the nose!. That often works!. If you feel that's just not an option for you, try to ignore them and surround yourself with people who accept you the way you are!. Also, remember that a lot of people who are thin when they're fourteen get fat later, probably including half the people making fun of you!.

If you're eating well, exercising, and are otherwise healthy, you're probably in a better position bodywise than many of your peers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 13 and 192!. I am on a diet!. If people make fun of me, I usually just give them a look that means "Yes, i am fat, but I am bigger than you and could take you" I also threaten to beat their ***!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

rev up your metabolism by eating 6 small meals a day!. eat every 3 hours!. protein, veggies, and small amount of "good" fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you need to increase how long you exercise, and resize your portions smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
