Question: I have begun exercising regularly at the gym!.!?
I believe I have a fairly good exercise routine down!. However I'm not sure other than protein shakes what kind of foods I should be eating!. I don't eat a lot of fruits/vegetables but im also wondering if some fruits/vegetables are better than others!. Most thing I eat are bread related but im not sure if that is a good or bad thing to do!. Let me know what nutrition advice you have!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First the bread; if it is whole grain breads, it is ok!. If it is white bread, then you need to keep it in moderation!. White bread puts on the fat pounds!.
Next, protein shakes!. Save your money!. Take a daily multivitamin with multiminerals and a small can of white chicken breast in water!. Throw away the water!. Has oils!. The chicken breast will give you the protein you need!. Protein shakes get their protein from cattle!. Anything from a cow is not good for you!. Anything!.
Eat a small meal every 3 hours!. Be sure to eat a salad!. When you eat a salad, eat a big one to keep you full!.
EXPERIMENT with fruits and vegetables to see which ones you like to eat, which ones you cannot stand!. Buy 1 new food item once every 2 weeks and try it out!. Be sure to read the side labels first before you buy!. I thought dried fruit would be a good idea; the side label said they were soaked in sugar!.

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
