I quit drinking soda why am i not losing weight?
i also started to watch my food and what i eat i dont drink soda at all and i only drink water i excerise every single day on the treadmill then pushups and crunches i only lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks i heard the soda alone would drop 10 like that so whats wrong?

If you are drinking a lot of water you might be retaining it. You should be happy that you lose 3lbs. That is great. Keep it up and it will come off once your body gets use to the change in your diet/exercise routine.
