How do you stay on a diet and NOT eat junk food still?!

How do you stay on a diet and NOT eat junk food still?

Like. When your on a diet. You crave junk food. and u start pigging out on it.


Answers:

Try shopping at a healthy grocery store
like, Whole Foods, or Trader Joes.
These stores have HEALTHY snacks
that taste good!

If you go to regular stores, buy
Fruit snacks instead of candy.
Buy Special K chewy bars or
chewy granola bars instead of
candy bars.
Yogurt instead of Ice Cream.
Munch on pickles if you like them.
Fresh fruit is always good.
Want a shake? Use soy milk, fruit, & yogart!
Sometimes when I want something sweet, I'll chew on some gum.
Use Turkey instead of Hamburger.
Bake instead of Grilling or Frying.
Just a few suggestions.
