How can I lose 30 pounds by July 28th?!
Question: How can I lose 30 pounds by July 28th!?
Considering I already don't eat :
cheese, butter, margarine
anything fried/frozen,
any white flour (pasta, rice, bread, etc)
no junk food/candy/chocolate (a hershey's bar about once a month)
beef, pork, veal, etc (chicken + turkey only)
no fast food
no dressing (mayo, ketchup, etc)
i work out everyday
30 minutes cardio burning around 250+ calories on the epilliptical machine
yoga for a little over an hour
weights for 30 minutes
i think my metabolism is slow!. i consume around 700 calories a day (sometimes up to 1250)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body may have shut down because you aren't feeding it enough "fuel" or protein!. It could also be that you don't eat the right combination of foods for faster weight loss!.

You can safely and quickly lose 9 pounds every 11 days on this diet plan and keep repeating it until you lose to your goal weight!. The computer will write the diet meals/snack menu for you so there's nothing you have to do, but eat what is planned for you!. It's healthy, easy and you'll get incredibly fast results! Exercise: strength training 3 days a week and either fast walking, or running the other days!. Drink at least 64 ounces of water each day!. consuming less that a thousand calories a day, is sometimes considered to be an eating disorders!.!.if you starve your body of too many calories, your body will shut itself down to save what little it has left!.!. so if you arent giving your body enough energy, it will store the fat and muscle tissue it has, in order to save itself!.!.make sense!.!.!.
intake more calories than you are!.!. smaller meals every two to three hours!.!.!.more protein!.!.!.lots of protein!.!.!. eat more cheese, yogurt, and fat free milk!.!.you need the calcium to burn calories!.!.

deffinatly its possible! but you for SURE need to eat more calories, cause your body stores calories as fat if you dont have enouf to use right off!. eat at LEAST a minimum of 1300 a day to stay good!.
oh and i lost a pound a day for a week by drinking very strong green tea w lemon in it, and actually a energy pill (makes your metabolism like crazy fast :D)!. honestly tho, i lost 10 pounds in like a little over a week!. cause i was 155 now im 145 :D

You need to eat more!. If you don't eat enough calories your body starts collecting every thing you eat and storing it!. Try to eat a a lot of fruits, Vegetables, and a little meat and milk!. It should help lose some weight but I don't think you need to lose 30!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If all this is true, there's no way you have 30 lbs to lose! If you have that much fat, you need to see a doctor!. You shouldn't be eating that perfect without losing anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
