Ya that's crazy as long as u don't do steroids!!! lol Really good u must be very strong!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try pulling your own body weight with 100lbs!. of flab like mine on you!. Yeah, you're doing great: keep going!. Whatever it is you're doing, it's working!.

If you really want that pull to keep going up, take a break from pulling every now and then and switch over to movements which focus on whatever weak points you're encountering: if your back is giving you hell, try bent-over rows for a week or two!. If your grip is slipping even with an over-and-under grip, then take a few weeks for one-handed dumbell rows or even some good hand grips!. If your legs are the weak link, then switch to heavy squats for a week or two!. The weak points will disappear and you'll see your pull going way up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doing 8 reps at that weight is the Good part!. Very good, very strong for your size!. Although, in my opinion, The benefits of Deadlifting is Maximized if you do 1-2 reps only and hold it!. That weight should be around 500 or so for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah id say thats very good for you even though ive never really seen you

it kinda depends though because if your 150 but your all muscle thats pretty normal even good

but if your regular are moderately built then yeah thats very very good for your sizeWww@Answer-Health@Com

it depends a lot on your height and age, the taller guys have more chance to be stronger because they have more mass they can convert to muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Keep up the good work brother!. Yeah that great!. Be careful with the deadlift very hard on your back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats amazing! when i was 19 yrs old !. i weighted 150 lbs, just like any body part i worked on !. i did 3 sets of 1st set 10- 2nd set 8- 3rd set 6!. my pyramid was the ordinary bulking period!.my first set for deadlifting was 10 reps at 350 lbs!.!. 2nd set was 8 reps at 370 lbs!.!.and 3rd set was at6 reps with 400lbs!. my max at 150lbs was a 575 lb deadlift!. I always whent up 10lbs on each side of the barbell !.!. every body else gose up only 5lbs!.!. thats a powerlifting secret!. theres different ways to build muscle fiber !.!. if you do it this way you will bulk up and build your muscle fiber with powerlifting strength!.!. so you get 2 kinds of muscle pyramids in one!.!. just like johnnie jackson the olympian he use to be a power lifter before he startted competting!.!. it doesent matter how much more bigger your muscle is !. it,s how you train it !.!. and he,s just about the same size as everyone else on that stage!. and hel still lift more lbs as two olympians!.!. your muscle will be more dense!.!. heres the best way to move up in weight !.!. on youre last 3rd set you have to push up 6 reps right!? if you can do 5 reps strong move up in weight next time 10 lbs on each side you probally wont be able to do 6 rep strong but when you can push up 5 to six reps strong again !.!. go up again !.!. this secert really works try it out !.!. and not only your,e friends will notice but every body in your,e gym will want you to train themm !.!.!. one more thing !. for one armed excersis only go up 5 lbs !.!. and follow the same secret remember youre muscle thinks it<s being attacked everytime you work out !.!. so thats why it gets easier the next time you work out !.!. it thinks that it is going to die!.!. so it adappts to the weight!.!. thats why it<s easier!.!. so go up in wight and trick youre muscle because it adappts and you dont get any bigger and stronger! good luck!.!.!. and stay strong!.!.!. ,Www@Answer-Health@Com
