Question:

I want a flat stomach...?

I weigh 130 lbs. asnd want to drop like 20-30 lbs. I really want a flat stomach but i dont know how to diet cause i am very picky. I only like 2 vegies...corn and potatoes. I HATE steak. I really love chicken. Please help me find the right diet and tell me how i can have a flatter stomach by end of august 2007

Hi!
Its really hard to tone only one area of your body without working out all muscles.. But there are a few general tips:
1. Drink LOTS of water
2. No soda or sweetened drinks - that's where the stomach pouch comes from
3. Try going to gym and working out with weights and machines. I did that, and only after 3 weeks notices my stomach became more flat while I didn't concentrate on abs ( was working out my chest, back, arms and legs). All trainers say - whenever you workout, even run on treadmill, try squeezing your ab muscles, this way they will get exercise, too.
4. Do a detox.
5. Get up from the couch a start MOVING. Being active in general helps a lot!
