I was thin since childhood and wants to be in good shape this time. but no strategies is working.Im 22/m..help

im 22 years old, male. i tried different ways to have a bigger body but all did not work.


Answers:

Go to the gym. Work all areas of your body using free weights. Just start out with a low weight so that you can get the right form for excercises and also so that you can get used to the weight. After you've gotten used to the weight and have good form start increasing the weight and doing less reps. That will increase your mass.

Also when doing workouts at the gym try to do compound excercises. This means that it works more than one of your muscles.

As far as eating goes make sure you eat at least 6 small meals a day and drink lots of water. By eating throughout the whole day your body will constantly have the nutrients that it needs for the muscle rebuilding process and you will have better results.
