They're GREAT for you, probably one the best things you can eat, however you do need protein (which fruits/veggies don't have enough) and fats (which most do not have)!. Add in something like an egg at least!.

I'm currently on a diet and as I am a Vegetarian, I mostly eat fruits and veggies, however I have veggie chicken, veggie dogs, eggs (I still do dairy), etc!.

You need a good balanced diet and it's best to stay over 1000 calories (as fruits/veggies are low in calories, it might be tough to reach even 800 a day on a fruit/veggie diet only), as your body needs those calories to burn fat and gain muscle!. You'd probably not feel as strong without the protein and thus your workouts would not be reaching their full potential!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would never try that - your body need other nutrients that you cannot get from fruits and veggies!.!.!.I highly doubt it will work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

as long as your diet is balanced with the recommended amount of fats & protein, you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It only works if you still eat protein, so you do not get a heart attack from lack of protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
