Is a 4 mile bike ride good daily for muscle building?!


Question: Is a 4 mile bike ride good daily for muscle building!?
i used to ride 2 miles a day about 2 years ago and my legs got big, then i stopped

is riding 4 miles a day on a mountain bike good for muscle building or will it break them down, i go to the gym every other day
should i ride 4 miles everyday or every other day to maximize size and strengthWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you really want to build size and strength, you should start a weight lifting program and eat more food!. Use your mountain bike riding for cardiovascular exercise which is good for health reasons and fat loss!. I noticed you said you go to the gym every day!. Is that for weight lifting or cardio work!?

If you asked the question in regards to getting better at mountain bike riding, then mountain biking is the way to go!. Ride harder and progress in distance and time as much as possible!. Give yourself days of easier work and then progress up to a certain point above anything you've ever done before!. Then easier days for your body to recover!. Then ramp back up to harder days!.

I definitely would not ride every day for size and strength!. Weight lifting for size and strength!. Mountain biking to get better at mountain biking, cardiovascular health, and fat burning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

MAKE SURE THAT U RELAX, EAT, AND CLEAN UP FOR 1 HOUR, THEN EXERSIZE FOR 2 HOURS, REPEAT! U NEED THAT 1 HOUR BETWEEN EVERY 2 HOURS FOR A BREAK 2 EAT!!! If I was you I would!.I would love to be so strong so I don't get too tired when I run or do any kind of sports!.I would also want to be able too pick up heavy objects too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes i ride my bike up and down hills here in texas and my legs are alot stronger than my upper body age 33 and yes i driveWww@Answer-Health@Com
