Question: Ok this might be weird but i need to go from a fat lazy kid to a good heathly kid!?
ok im fat,lazy,veryunheathly,unfit i need to become a good strong big kid cuase i sux im on pc 24/7 i need a list of things to do on how to get this problem fixed i want each person to tell me his/her way of stay fit i need foods/workout ways/activities and a few ways to get off the pc all the time and i have a Q for the teens out there how in the hell do i score a freakin girl in jr high! and i mean a really nice hottie girl im in 5 at age of 12 DONT ASK Qs just help me plz i need to be able to able to live a better life i could die one day at 12 or older from not being fit or heathly so u teens guys out there im a boy in need of ur help so heres ur chance to be a good friend to a guy like who probly like u as a friend one day im always ready plz just help me so i can live a better life plz!. btw i wiegh over 110lbs so i need to know how much wieght i need to lose i dont know how many cal but ill work on that laterWww@Answer-Health@Com

it matters how tall you are, and if you're a boy you want muscle not to lose weight!.

it's as easy as not eating crap, such as chips and soda, and becoming more active!. even just walking!.

you may want to tone up by lifting though!. if you ask your gym teacher he or she will talk to you about it!. my gym teacher is OBSESSED with helping people turn into muscular body building looking types, most of them are!.

look take care of your face meaning buy creams and stuff so you dont get pimples good hygene get nice clothes you always wanna smell nice if u r over weight join a boxing gym or ballys sumtin like that be pelite talk to girls get to know them if ur sayin ur that fat eat healthier cereal with skim milk oatmeal for breakfeast a lil sandwich or something healthier for lunch and steak or anytype of meat for dinner adn drink a lot of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com
