Question: How do u keep up will- power to not eat unhealthy foods!?
Answers:
There are many things you can do to help yourself!. Let me first say that you truly have to WANT it!. If you're just half-heartedly trying and you just give into temptation whenever you're faced with it then you're just wasting your time!. That said, here's a few ideas:

Stop driving past places you KNOW will trigger the urge to eat badly!. If the donut place you drive past on your way to work is a downfall then find a different route!.

Stop buying unhealthy food to have at home!. If it's not there it's not available!. Stock up on healthy foods you LIKE!.

When you have a really strong craving try to wait it out for 2 minutes!. Most real cravings stop after that!. You may still want it but the intense desire fades to a manageable level!.

Think about why you are doing this to begin with!. Imagine yourself healthy, fit and trim!.!. doing the things you would like to do, looking the way you'd like to look!.

And, two of my favorites!.!.!.

Go look at yourself naked in the mirror and ask yourself if you REALLY need that junk

Identify the foods you love, then find healthy alternatives!. And I'm not talking about switching banana splits for celery either!. There are many foods out there that are made in a healthy way, but it takes some time and research to find them!. For example, there are healthy tortillas - 50 calories, low fat & high fiber!. If you love tacos, burrittos, etc!., use these tortillas instead of the first ones you see sold on the shelf!. Then, it's okay to eat your favorite meals!. There are also healthy muffins, bagels, ice-creams & frozen yogurts, candy bars, etc!. that have high fiber, high protein etc!. So, you can have that banana split and be eating healthy too! It's possible, and really, it does taste just as good if you find the exact right brand!. And you don't have to be deprived!.

If you try this approach, after a while you'll begin to develop a sensitivity that will enable you to have a fine discernment between healthy and "too rich" foods!. For example, even though I love Snicker's, after I switched to the low cal high protein version, the Snickers became sickeningly sweet to me!. After a while you can can tell that it's not healthy, not only with your taste buds but your whole body gives signals!.

Just remember the unhealthy foods can make you really fat, and can cause you to have alot of medical problems!. here, read this!.!.!.
I hate to seem like I'm spamming, and hate to seem cranky about it, but people refuse to understand this!.
I'm sorry if this upsets people but the answer to their problems is so simple! I know it's tough to have willpower and stick with this, and I'm no medical professional, but I know the true secret to lose weight and keep it off!. It has been around for thousands of years, when mankind existed before the industrial revolution!. You want to know the secret!? It's the easiest remedy, requires no guesswork, and can take awhile, but is worth the benefits!?

OK, the real true way the body was created, to maintain your weight true to your height and build is to!.!.!.!.

1) Eat as much unprocessed organic foods as possible!. Lay off the prepackaged, starchy, homogenised, refined foods!. Fresh fruit, fresh veggies, whole grains, and get as much protein from vegetation!. ANYTHING YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO RAISE, GROW OR COOK FROM SCRATCH!! If you must eat meat, eat organic!. Or buy from kosher markets!. Drink bottled spring water!. Fiji water is the best!. It might seem more expensive at first, but think of it this way!. Would you rather pay into aggravating medical bills stemming from your unhealthy lifestyle, or spend a little more serving you and your family healthy foods your bodies intended to have since the creation of mankind!?
Think about it!. There wasn't a whole lot of overweight couch potato settlers!. They worked for what they had!. Physical labor, for meagre earnings, meagre food rationed!. yet, they survived!. They were their average weight!. There was not diabetes, or any strange diseases we see today!. Don't believe me!?

Google it!. Which brings me to number 2!.!.!.

2) Exercise as much as you can!. Even if it means short simple walks daily at first!. Before all the modernisation of the world we walked, lifted, stooped, knelt, and occasionally ran!. The ratio to exercise is burn off at least over half of what you consumed the previous day!. Normal brain functions, stress, everyday activities besides exercise burns off the rest, and doesn't deposit as fat!.

If you aren't healthy enough for physical activities, I encourage you to cut out the prepackaged foods, and corn syrup laden drinks, and eat more natural foods!. I guarantee you will lose weight from just doing that, than relying on herbal teas or any nutritional supplements you found that say "AS SEEN ON TV"!. Marketing gimmicks won't make you be healthy!. ITS ONLY UP TO YOU!

I think the best way to keep up will-power is to eliminate ALL temptations; that means no cookies, chips, cakes, sodas, etc!. Unless your favorite foods are vegetables and fruits, only keep those in the house!. IT ALL GOES!.!.don't even keep one temptation food or you will binge on it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is more about habit!.!.!. Meaning, even-though I really like chocolate, I rarely eat it so I really do not crave it as much as I used to!.!.!.

The key to will-power is consistency!.!. If you keep doing the same thing, your body will at some point want that routine!.

you need to understand that junk food companies are maniupulative!.!. I love a fight - so naturally I dont want to let them win!.!.

You have to fill up on the healthy foods so you won't be hungry for the unhealthy foods!. Another way to do it is to keep yourself busy by doing other things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ive done this and it works for me!. I find a picture of me when I was at my heaviest and put it on the refrigerator!. So when I think about eating sweets I see that picture and turn away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Workout daily
I found that having an intense workout routine, caused me to eat healthy, and stay away from unhealthy foods!. Because working out leads you to want to do healthy things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

By eating 6 healthily mini meals every 2-3 hrs!. That way you will stay satiated and your blood sugar level won't be compromised, so you won't have that "starving" feeling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
