Does this sound like it would work for diet/ excercise plan?!


Question: Does this sound like it would work for diet/ excercise plan!?
Ok so right now Im 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weigh about 238 pounds!. (really bad I know)!. But this is what I have been working on!. I only consume 1775 calories in a day!. A nice chunk of these calories are in Health Bars/ Drinks!. I go to the gym three times a week and do forty minutes of cardio followed by weight training!. And on the days I don't go to the gym I do try to go running but it doesn't always happen!. With this type of excercise and calorie intake would this be considered a good, healthy way to lose weight quick!. Or should I lower the calorie intake!? I did read that the average male shouldn't consume less than 1500 calories in a day, Is that true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The amount of calories largely depends on you height and body-build, so do not look in average male values!. Also, bigger calorie intake should be in the morning than afternoon, avoid eating 3 hours before going to bed!.
Consider doing cardio after weight training, as you would not have enough energy to do weight training effectively otherwise!.

Your calories intake should 1500 for a normal intake not to lose weight if you are trying to lose weight you may want ot lower your intake to 1,000!. Your exercise routine sounds great!. Those calories can't just be empty calories you need to watch other things too!. Carbs, sugars, definitely lower your carbs!. No breads, candy, pasta's!.!.!.eat lots of salads

Try to keep your carb intake under 30 for a bit and see if that helps!.!.!.that coincides with the Atkins diet!. You should try that it is an awesome diet that is fairly easy to do!. But you need to learn about carbs first!. there is carb ice cream (tastes like the real thing) so you get sweets too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you would be better off eating real food!.!.!.more fruit, veggies, whole grains & lean protein than eating mostly Health Bars/Drinks!.
It's better to make lifestyle changes that you'll be able to stick with!. With the Bars/shakes it's more like a "diet" that you'll eventually stop doing!.!.!.!.then how will you eat!?
Find a healthy eating plan that you can stick to for life & avoid the yo-yo dieting that will mess up your metabolism!.

Yes, it's true that the average adult male shouldn't consume less than 1500 calories a day!.!.!.too few calories will cause your body to go into "starvation mode" & make it harder to lose weight!.
