Weight lifting?

i am trying to lift weights but i don't have access to a gym or money, so i need to find a way to make my own weights that weight at least 45 to 50 pounds plus, this neds to be out of common household items


Answers:

Depending on how handy you are you can go as simple as filling milk jugs with dirt (don't know if you will get 50lbs) or you can fill some coffee cans or buckets with concrete. A bag of concrete mix will cost you $2-4
