I need to not show ribs?!


Question: I need to not show ribs!?
My bottom ribs show and a little bit on top!. Dont tell me im not eating enough because I eat regular three meals a day!. I dont think it is genetics my mom isnt skinny or my dad even when young!. I have been skinny since i was little but now it is annoying!. I want to know some ways to make my ribs not show because I have a beach trip coming up and i dont even want to go because i know they will make fun of my ribs!.

Work on your abs and stomach the more muscle you build the less bones will show!. High weight with low reps builds muscle fastest when working out!. and plenty of proteinWww@Answer-Health@Com

Then you probably have a high metabolism!. What exactly do you eat!? Just because you eat normally doesn't mean much if your body burns it fast!. So other than that I don't know what you can do except change your diet a little bit! Sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm the same way!. No matter what I eat my ribs show!.
My advise, your metabolism slows with age the older you get the less I've found they show!.
It helps to do upper body exercise and toning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would say pretty much work out (push-ups, and sit-ups would probably be the most effective) and eat well and take multivitaminsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Work out a bit more and eat a more protein filled diet!. Otherwise it could just possibly be your genes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
