Can you lose weight by simply deciding to eat right, and not excercising, or is it necessary. --What other things could be done to help a person loss weight?

Answers:

You can, especially if you are male. However it is not as significant as if you do exercise.

As far as other things,
-try not drinking soda
-8 glasses of water isn't proven to do anything but more water does help your body function better
-Raw veggies too!
