How to get rid of my beer belly..?!


Question: How to get rid of my beer belly!.!.!?
im a very athelitic person and slim!. im 5'8 1/2 and weigh about 160 pounds!. However, i have a small beer belly and it stick out a little!. I think all the beer i have drank in college stretched out my stomach or something!. How can i get my stomach area smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try a low GI (glycemic index) diet!.

it aims at keeping your blood sugar at a fairly constant level, so you will have better, sustained energy, and loose the belly!. People's fat distribution, such as in the belly region, show what will work for them, in regards to weight/fat loss!. A higher level of fat around the belly is best reduced with a low GI diet, and this means a diet of less simple carbohydrates and starchy foods, plus specific fruit and vegetable groups to reduce insulin and glucose spikes!.

Talk to a doctor or a dietician about how to tailor a program to your body type and activity level!. Sometimes, the times and quantities of foods consumed can even have an effect on loosing your beer belly!.

Well ofcourse keep exercising!.!.however the reason it may be still there is due to repetition your body gets used to it and needs a different exercise or else it gets used to the same thing and doesn't give you results after a while!.

Also you may want to stop drinking beer for a while !.!.and by the time you start you will need less to feel a buzz going on!.
Or switch to wine or alcohol!.
Wine is sooo much better for your and is pretty concentrated!.

your stomach may appear bigger especially after meal if u have weak stomach muscles - they can't hold your internal organs inside!. so just do abs exercises regularly and when your muscles become stronger they tighten and will hold everything in proper places!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

well hold old are you anyway!? sometimes even a mans body sags even if youre athletic and all!.!. well,did you try dieting!? eat a lot of fruits and non-carb foods!.!. dont eat too much rice!.!. just stick with the exercises!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
