Push up help.?!


Question: Push up help!.!?
hi i need to learn how to do 30 pushups where my forehead touchs the ground in 3 weeks!. so far i can only do 5!. Is there any muscles that i can work out to do better pushups!? if so which ones!? thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Push ups are great exercises alone!. It works out practically every upper body muscle!. So I would suggest working out your back, triceps, abs, shoulders, and chest!. It's a lot because that's what push-ups workout!. You could easily use some dumbbells to do all these exercises!. Tricep extensions, Bicep curls, deadlifts, and dumbbell press!. Also some abs would be nice, like crunches, reverse sit ups and leg lifts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to do push-ups is by doing push-ups!. But, instead of being on the ground, find a set of stairs!. Put your feet on the bottom floor and put your hands five or six steps up!. Do 30 push-ups that way, rest for a minute and do 30 more!. If it's easy, lower your body one step!. Keep going until you can do them from the ground!.

Just keep doing them! You'll build the muscles that you need for the pushups by doing them!! Why do you have to touch your forehead to the floor!? Is it for the army or something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Push-ups work the shoulders and arms!. You might consider lat pull-downs and curls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
