i've always had big boobs, even when i'm my ideal weight they're a full D!. they make me look bigger and i can't wear cute tops because of them!. are there any exercises, diets, pills, or potions to make them smaller!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you decrease your body fat, they are the first thing to go! A few years ago I went from a D cup to an A cup just from running 4 times a week for 30 minutes!. I would say cardio is the best way!
