I'm sorry if this upsets people but the answer to their problems is so simple! It has been around for thousands of years, when mankind existed before the industrial revolution!. You want to know the secret!? It's the easiest remedy, requires no guesswork, and can take awhile, but is worth the benefits!?

OK, the real true way the body was created, to maintain your weight true to your height and build is to!.!.!.!.

1) Eat as much unprocessed organic foods as possible!. Lay off the prepackaged, starchy, homogenised, refined foods!. Fresh fruit, fresh veggies, whole grains, and get as much protein from vegetation!. ANYTHING YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO RAISE, GROW OR COOK FROM SCRATCH!! If you must eat meat, eat organic!. Or buy from kosher markets!. Drink bottled spring water!. Fiji water is the best!. It might seem more expensive at first, but think of it this way!. Would you rather pay into aggravating medical bills stemming from your unhealthy lifestyle, or spend a little more serving you and your family healthy foods your bodies intended to have since the creation of mankind!?
Think about it!. There wasn't a whole lot of overweight couch potato settlers!. They worked for what they had!. Physical labor, for meagre earnings, meagre food rationed!. yet, they survived!. They were their average weight!. There was not diabetes, or any strange diseases we see today!. Don't believe me!?

Google it!. Which brings me to number 2!.!.!.

2) Exercise as much as you can!. Even if it means short simple walks daily at first!. Before all the modernisation of the world we walked, lifted, stooped, knelt, and occasionally ran!. The ratio to exercise is burn off at least over half of what you consumed the previous day!. Normal brain functions, stress, everyday activities besides exercise burns off the rest, and doesn't deposit as fat!.

If you aren't healthy enough for physical activities, I encourage you to cut out the prepackaged foods, and corn syrup laden drinks, and eat more natural foods!. I guarantee you will lose weight from just doing that, than relying on herbal teas or any nutritional supplements you found that say "AS SEEN ON TV"!. Marketing gimmicks won't make you be healthy!. ITS ONLY UP TO YOU!

An eating disorder is not a permanent sentence!. You can recover!. An ED is more than just what you do - an anorexic person cannot just eat normally one day and is no longer called anorexic, that's not how it goes!.

It would be very difficult for this person!. They should look first to curing their eating disorder, by looking at the real cause!. Usually, it is more than just about weight or image - there's emotional issues there!. Counseling is recommended!.

Trying to lose weight can be tricky for an anorexic, especially if they are not fully recovered!. It could easily trigger them, causing them to go back to their unhealthy ways!. But it is possible!.
As for the actual success!.!.!. yes, they can!. They may gain weight at first, but they can avoid that by increasing their calorie intake properly!. They cannot just simply start eating normally!. Their metabolism is far too slow!. But, if they very slowly increase how much they eat, their metabolism will start to accommodate!. It's do-able, but I'd recommend a nutritionist to help with that!.

Of course, if the person is "technically" anorexic, they are quite underweight and should gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's hard to answer this question, because there isn't one "healthy way" to lose weight!.

Anorexia is a disease that affects mind and body!. The beginnings of anorexic thinking are usually thoughts that aren't at all unusual in our western society - "i'll just lose a couple more pounds," "i can skip this meal!."

These thoughts lead to cutting back on calories often until there's nothing left to cut, or losing weight until your bod is eating at your brain because it has already eaten through your fat and muscles!. When the body is deprived of calories, it changes!. There are physical changes - the metabolism and heart rate slow, blood pressure and body temperature drop - but there are also mental effects!. Even 'normal' people deprived of adequate calories begin to diet, obsess over calories, and hoard the limited amount of food they get!. (see source)

There is no cure for anorexia - the obsession over calories and fats, body and space and control - isn't ever going to go away!. It may lessen, but will always lurk in the mind of an anorectic!.

So the simple answer is yes, an anorectic could lose weight healthily!. However, it would be hard and the anorectic would be likely to fall back into old unhealthy habits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
