Question: Body building!!!! easy 10!?
Okay!.!.!.!.!.!.!.i want to start working out this summer!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.i weight about 120 pounts right now and by the end of the sumer i would like to be around 130-135!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.first of all do you think is possible!?!?!?!?!?!? second what should be my meals!? breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks!?!?!?!? here's my plan but i dont know if its good;
Breakfast---eggs w/bolony and a protein drink
snask-tuna sandwish
lunch-chiken or meat, fish
snack-tuna sanwsish
work out at gym plus protein drink
dinner---spaguetti, fish, meat, chien
Umm!.!. as you can ssee i do not know a lot of meals that contain protein, if you could help me i would appreciate a lot!.!.!.!.plus ill giv u 10 points 5 stars =D THXWww@Answer-Health@Com

first bodybuilding is a hard sport it is going to take time but your on the right track you cant bodybuild with out a strict diet and a great workout plan and proper supplments!. get on a good supplment to help increase muscle reocvery time so you can workout more often when your lifting make sure you get proper form!. and for a diet Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds; some lean meats, fish, eggs, low-fat dairy products; and mono and polyunsaturated oils
Limit intake of saturated fat, cholesterol, salt, alcohol and an excess of added sugars and sugary foods drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
