i'm thinking about trying this deit!. I have the book and i want to lose some weight fast!. So anyone know low carb foods i can eat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the south beach diet is not a good diet to go on!.!.!.!. your body needs a certain amount of food and different nutrients in order to work properly and be healthy!.!.!.!.if you want to diet and lose weight, just watch your portions, eat every couple of hours, eat healthy food (low fat foods, protein, fiber, vegetables, fruits, whole grains) and drink lots of water and work out and you'll be fine!.!.!.!.and feel much better, and actually keep the weight off!! people go on diets like south beach and atkins bcuz they're lookin for the fast fix but it ends up being worse for you!.!.!.!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

All I really ate was meat and peanuts!. I didn't like it at all!.

While on the diet, I got my cholesterol checked, and it was 242!. I stopped imidiately after finding that out!. I haven't gone back to check my cholesterol since, but I'm sure South Beach was the culprit!. Meat is full of it!.

But you can have chicken, tuna, peanuts and almonds!. That's all I had, really!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
