Is the Gazelle Freestyle really effective?

What have been your results with it?


Answers:

Well I have the gazelle sprint master and I got great results with it. In 4 months I lost like 20 pound and 5 inches off the waist not to mention a nice 6 pack and I was still eating a good amount of food to. It allows people to keep their muscle mass while toning up at least for me. I would recommend it to anyone cause my friends also got great results but that's just my opinion.
