Question: What's the fastest to Lose 15 to 20 pounds for prom in about 2 months!?
prom is in 2 months and i need to lose 15 to 20 pounds!. i want to look good and hints please!. i want to look slimer and better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many things you can do, just don't use the stupid ways!.!.!.!. a!.k!.a!. not eating, and puking all your food up its so not good for you!.

try:
* watching what you eat & try to cut down or even cut out carbs!.
* no food after 7 p!.m!.
* crunches and/or coccyx sits during commercials
* i've also heard of wheat free diets !.!.!. no bread, pasta, or pizza!.
* set up an excersise routine!.

there are many more i didn't list but these are ones i find have worked for me and people i know

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!. Fifteen to Twenty pounds is a lot of weight!. And I don't recommend losing that much!. I recently have been trying to lose weight for a dance and I found that much weight is not healthy to lose unless you are really overweight!. I reccomend making smaller goals, such as 5 to 12 pounds!. It makes a lot of difference!. You can do this by eating healthy in smaller portions and going on a walk or run everyday!. Also laughing burns calories so it never hurts to laugh more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can lose up to two pounds a week!. I know it doesn't sound all that fast, but that's the only way to lose weight and NOT gain it back!.

And by all means, do not NOT eat!. That is so bad for you!.

by eating healthy and doing exercise, i use to be overweight i stoped eating bread, pastas and things like that, i drank water, no juices or sugary things!.!.!. i ate a lot of greens if you eat a salad try not to use dressing!.!.!. eat chicken!.!.!. and grilled!.!.!. you dont want to eat fried things, chips, soda, etc!.!.!. do crunches before you go to bed or everytime before you take a shower!.!.!. good luck that worked for me i hope it works for you tooWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have a great idea!. A friend of mine told me laxatives really work to lose weight!. So I took them in the morning while weighing 86 pounds!. That night, after an unpleasant experience, I did weigh 84 pounds!. i believe if you take these every day, you could lose a significant amount of weight, that is if you are willing to go through with some discomfort!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

as long as you follow their program pretty intensely you will see awesome results!. Don't result to diet pills, they are the worst for you! Just eat healthy and do an hour of cardio over three days, and you will be in great shape very soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try Tae Bo!. It works!! And alot of water, fruits and veggies! Try not to eat dinner after seven at night!. Allways eat a healthy breakfast, like cheerios or somthing like that!. And cut out soda!. That worked for me and fast!Www@Answer-Health@Com
