Question:

Can you still be healthy if you...?

eat nothing but salads for lunch & dinner every day- mix with different types of vegies each day- example: lettuce, tomatoes, onions & tuna/ lettuce, onions, green pepper, cheese & bacon or lettuce, eggs, ham, cheese, & onions? Drink nothing but water & orange juice? Eat breakfast as you would normally do (cereal with milk or eggs & toast)- lose weight safely & excercise daily??? Thanks.


Answers:

make sure you're careful about dressing, it packs a ton of calories and fat. some salads in restaurants are the most fattening thing on the menu just because of the dressing.

use low fat, or fat free
