I feel sick because I ate way too much cake, pie, and cookies... what now?!?!
Question: I feel sick because I ate way too much cake, pie, and cookies!.!.!. what now!?!!?
I was really stressed out earlier, and since it was just my birthday a few days ago, I had a lot of sweets around!.!.!. I pretty much binged!. I was alright initially, but about an hour later I "crashed" and now I feel very sick!. Tired, achey, irritable, I'm having the sugar blues!. Besides drinking lots of water, is there anything I could do to feel better faster!? Would exercise help at this point!? Should I eat protein even though I am completely full!? Any ideas are appreciated!
btw, I'm not worried about the calories or my weight or anything like that, I just want to feel better cuz I'm going out tonight and I want to be fresh!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your experiencing what diabetics experience!. Insulin problems caused by fluctuating sugar levels in your body!.
Have a can of pears and lots of water from now until then!. Some type of fiberous fruit will help tremendously with the sugar crash you're experiencing!.

But don't try to make yourself barf!. That would be bulimic!.
Maybe you should just stay home tonight if you feel sick!.
Lie down and get some rest!.

get up and get moving to help get it out of your system if you start to feel like you are going to throw up from too much exercise mixed with all the sugar do it it will help to get it out so you can get on with life!. Just don't make it a habit!Www@Answer-Health@Com
dont worry about it!. if you try to do heavy excerise you'll feel worse, and dont take a nap!. Just drink lots of water, and go get some fresh air and go out for a long walk!. Walks always help and it'll also work out as an excerise!. You'll feel better in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would just hang out for awhile, don't overdo it, and if you had all those sweets i wouldn't eat anything more it just might push you over the edge!. Get some comfy clothes on and sit on the couch and watch t!.v!. until you have to leave!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
