Question: Will I get in shape and lose weight if I!.!.!?
Jog/speed walk daily and eat healthy!? or do i have to do some workout at the gym as well!? I am 5'3, 145 lbs!. and i have a pear shape body, if that helps!. I wanna tone up!. I also have 3 kids ages 3,2,and 1!. Ideas for toning belly would be nice too!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

That is a great plan!. You will only burn fat by doing cardio exercise!.!. walking fast, jogging, running!.!.there are plenty of cardio exercises, pick the ones right for you!. Add weights to your workouts!.!. they can be light!.!. 5 lb dumbbells to start out with!.!. 3-4 times a week!.!. ankle weights while walking are great too!. Weight helps burn fat faster!.!.!.and keeps your metabolism up all day!. Eating correctly is as important as exercising!. Do your weights before you do your cardio, then do your abs when you get finished with that!. All you need is 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week!. Get on line and learn all you can about the best foods to eat!. You can do this!. Don't stop when you've reached your goal, keep right on with the good eating and exercise!.!. make it a lifestyle change!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!.

The best trick for loosing weight around the thighs and belly is the eliptical!. Running and walking will work but there needs to be more of a cardio variety!. If you don't have an eliptical at home and don't plan on joing the gym, try running up and down the stairs at home or finding some steps outside!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I found out in the Army that combating my beer belly buy running and doing alot of ab work outs actully works!. 1 to 2 miles a day and at least 30 min a day on abbs!. you should be good to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
