i saw this advertisement on TV regarding working your abs without crunching or sit ups and they said it worked better than exercising but I never tried it before!. Its called contour core sculping system!.

running is the best!. it tones your whole body (esp!. the abs), and it hardly takes up any time!. like, you can go for a run before breakfast, at lunch, whatever!. it burns heaps of calories, while working your ab, leg muscles!. so you'll be burning fat, and toning up muscle - the perfect solution for gorgeous tummy!

you need to isolate your ab muscles!.!. biking and running does little to work abs!
crunches are the best, but if not try balancing!. like the plank, or one legged crunches!.!.(when you need balance, your core muscles tighten)

When you are sitting in a chair try tightening your abs several times!. Hold your tummy in for a few seconds and exhale your breath!. This is an easy way to firm up abbs!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
