So I am 14 and I have a pudgy tummy and not to man curves (I am a girl). What are some way's to get ride of my pudgy tummy and have an awesome stomache like Fergie (example).Not trying to be rude but please don't tell me I am to young to be worrying about this stuff. Thank you so much in advance!

90% of pudgy tummies is your diet. try to really keep track of what you are eating. you should have 1,200 healthy calories a day and you should spread them into 6 small meals. i try to eat 6 meals at 200 calories each.
also, running really helps getting rid of that extra chub.
i had a baby 7 months ago and i just started running 2 months ago and i have lost a lot of belly fat.
don't stress about it because i'm sure you look great but just be mindful of what you are putting in your mouth and you daily fitness!
