Which works better?

Okay, so I am trying to lose some body fat. I'm not overweight or anything, but there's this annoying layer of like an inch or two between my muscle and my skin that I just can't get rid of...no matter how intense i exercise. I heard that detoxing your body works real well, and at the same time, I heard just keep on dieting and exercising works as well. Can someone help me out? Which one is more effective?


Answers:

Keep on with the exercizing, but doing a good detox will be beneficial as well just to clean your insides out - and when I detox for a week I normally lose about 3-5 pounds and gain loads of energy
