Question: I just started my "diet" today!. how did a do!? thank you in advance!.!?
* Woke up at 1pm, i dont have an appetite when a first wake up so i just had an apple!.
* Walked on the tred mill for 60 min- 3!.11
miles!. 2pm!.
***6" turkey sub w/chesse no mayo!. 4pm
* Granola bar,1/2 banana!. 6pm
***Ground beef sanwich!. 8pm
* Apple!. 10pm
* Light 40min!. work out video!. 11pm
***Cereal with 1/2 banana!. 12pm
I ussually go to sleep like at 4-5 am thats why my schedule is the way it is!.

hmm you definitely need to sort out the times that you sleep and the times you wake up!.
i suggest you REGULARLY (this excludes nights out) go to bed at about 11 at the latest!. this way you're sleeping, your not eating!.

wake up at 10am!. This way you have had 11 hours of sleep- 11 hours of not eating!! and you will be starving i guarantee you!. so have a big breakfast- and eat ALL your carbs in the morning!.

throughout the day you will be burning your carbs, and when you sleep you will be burning fat!. You won't want lunch til about 1pm which is good!.!.!.watch your carbohydrate intake for the rest of the day!. concentrate on meats and dairy (white cheeses, low fat yoghurt)

there is no problem with the way you are exercising right now- that's perfect!! maybe when you're bored you can even take up a yoga class with a friend!.

you need to get out of the habit of snacking after dinner!. so maybe have dinner at 8pm and then sleep at 11!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well I would get on an actual schedule if I were you but its decently spaced out!. I think you're doing fine!.!. you need the carbs for energy but I would throw some more vegi's and fruits in there if possible!. :) Make sure you drink lots of water!. Also!.!.!. most days you prob wont feel like working out that much so just make sure you do something you know you can stick with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
