Waht effectts does water have on the body?!


Question: Waht effectts does water have on the body!?
I've been trying to drink ATLEAST 8 cups of water a day!. I went to the doctor a few days ago, and I've already lost about 4 pounds!.
I've been drinking more water, only eating 3 meals a day with diet bars and fruits as a snack, and working out every other day!. But I've only been doing the work outs for about a week!. Can just drinking the right amount of water help you lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The skin needs to be hydrated on a constant basis or it will begin to show signs of aging!.

Most studies show that a person of average height and weight should drink about eight glasses of water per day or at least 40 oz!. This may seem like a lot of water, but in reality, the water will be used to fuel the entire body!. Water is not held anywhere in the body, it is used as soon as it enters the body so that it can continue to function normally!. People who exercise need to make sure their bodies stay hydrated at all times!. Otherwise, they could become ill!.

People who engage in more exercise than other people or who work in environments where they sweat constantly need to drink even more water during the day!. While many people do not drink enough water, they do drink some which is a start!. Water is in all drinks and in most foods!. i think water pushes water, it cleanses your system so that digested food can pass more efficiently and is not blocked by disgusting toxins, i suppose!. Now me for example: im a hard core coffee drinker, so im probably full of toxins, but not even that much because my urine is very clear, i think thats a good sign of being cleansed internally!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
