Exercise Suggestions?!
Question: Exercise Suggestions!?
Can anyone suggest some good exercises to help tone up the upper arms, abs, and thighs!? I've got a few in mind but I was wondering if anyone else had some different ones to suggest!. Any and all are welcome, and thanks in advance for your answers :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

~Upper Arms~rubber exercise bands-Billy Blanks has a great upper body workout-you'll tone up your shoulders, triceps, and lose the flabbiness!. Tracey Mallot uses regular light weights (sold cheap at Walmat) and uses them in a modern innovative fun way that works!.
~Abs~floor work is good but there's nothing like kickboxing-you tone up and work the abs at the same time!. I do kickboxing 3 X a week in addition to other cardio and my husband tells me I have a six -pack-I haven't done one crunch since my army days 10 years ago !
~Thighs~Cathe Frederick step workout-she does serious squats and incorporates thighs in the entire workout w/ her "power blasts" and "power 15's" It's so fun, you forget you're working out!.
*remember that cardio is necessary in addition to toning!. You'll lose excess fat and keep your heart healthy!!
