What are some good exercises to get back into shape for summer?!


Question: What are some good exercises to get back into shape for summer!?
I have to go to the beach with my crush and I was wondering if you guys have some good exercises to get a flat stomach!. Thanks! If you want best answer, give me at least 2 exercises and how to do them!. Tell me some foods to avoid, how many to do daily and how long it will take for me to see results! Get one of those rolly thingies-it rreally strengthens stomach muscels!. yes sit ups are good, don't do crunches, its cheating, lol!. no soda, or high sugary/carbed up foods, try to stick to a lean and healthy diet!. Drink lots of water and run every day!. But also, dont be self consious of yourself, you shouldnt have to change who you are for him, and if he thinks you have to, hes not worth it!. If he really likes you and is worth it, he won't be looking at your stomach, hel be looking at your eyes and heart!. Good luck =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

A mixture of cardio and a little bit of weight training is a great idea!.That is what i did to loose my weight!. When i say cardio ,running is the best!.Do not do it on the tred mill,its much better doing it on a track or outside!.Games like squash is great too!.Crunches are the great for abs but you need to loose weight first because crunches just make your abs tighter but not remove the weight there!.

As far as diet, make it protein based,that way you feel hungry less often and also you get tones fasterWww@Answer-Health@Com

run first thing in the morning before breakfast to burn fat (this is really hard!) in the evening lift weights avoid processed foods, drink plenty of water and eat more protein to fill you up and repair/build muscle!. It depends a lot on your your current body shape how soon you will have a flat stomach, but i can guarentee you need tons of will power!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

running is always good it not only lowers your weight it also works on your abs

get an exercise ball and have someone stand on your feet while you are on the ball and do normal situps just lay back all the way and that works all of your absWww@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups are great, lie flat with your knees up and then sit up to raise your nose to your knees!

Sex is good excersise but if that fails!.!.sit ups and crunches do wonders =] stay away from fast food and to uch sugar eat lots of fruit =] hope it helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
