Question: Ideas for my diet!?
I am eating 1,200 calories, and want to make sure I get all of my vitamins and nutrients! Anyways, I want to have 50+ grams of protein a day!. Besides tuna fish and chicken, what are some low-calorie options of protein-packed foods!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

beans actually have alot of protein, just letting you know!. If you take a multi vitamin that'll help you get the nutrients you might not get cause you might not eat the right stuff every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
