Is it possible for your buttocks to get flat, if your at your computer desk too !


Question: Is it possible for your buttocks to get flat, if your at your computer desk too long!?
I was just wondering this!.!.!.!.because lately I've felt like my buttocks aren't as hard as they used to be, and since I have been on my computer more often these days!.!.!.!.I got the thaught it could be due to sitting down too often!.

Was also wondering if anybody else has contemplated this question!?

Tips would be nice!.

No way mine would be super flat if this were the case!.

I'm a Computer Technician and work from home so for the better part I'm on my butt in my computer chair just sitting at my desk in my home office (acting like I'm working) when I'm actually surfing the Internet or on Y!A!.

That and more loses tone if not used as nature intended and designed it!. Moreover, the circulation is in some measure impeded, in addition the internal organs, the viscera, and skeletal alignment is affected!.

The human body was designed for and with movement, not stasis!. And the brain-mind developed in tandem with that movement!. Even eating is centered on movement, in which one is best to piece-meal than to take in one whole infusion of food!. The digestive system did not evolve in this manner!. We are naturally foragers, wanderers, mauraders, explorers!. Sendentary habits are shared only as a fraction and not the whole!.

Six to ten hours of sitting as done in the modern or Western world's habit is contraindicated for better health; hence why there exists so many somatic disorders and consequentially, eventually varying diseases in all manner of forms never thought related!.

Solution is simple: walk and have movement, allow the optic nerves to get ample light - natural light -- and not adulterated with the electro-magnetic radiations increasingly prevalent, which can prove deadly if taken in over long stretches of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I'm a guy, so i don't have to worry about having a flat butt!. But (no pun intended), you will lose your glut muscle by sitting at a desk all day!. you can simply take 5 minutes a night and do lunges at home or at the gym if you workout!. lunges will give you a butt like you've never had!. if it gets too easy, use some weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
