16, Female, 87!.2Kgs Since This Morning, Ive Been Eating Heatlhy For Two Days Now!. Goal Weight 55Kgs!. I Do Workouts To Strengthen My Stomach I Do Weights 7kg Ad 30 Mins Cardio Moderatly Intense!. I Eat 1200 Cals A Day All Healthy Foods In Moderation!. School Days I Do The Same Workout As Above Except I Also Walk To School And Back Which Is 3ks There And Back!. So Total 6ks

I Am Going Shopping Tomorrow Food Is Going To Last Me A Week

-Up And Go Energy Drinks (203Cals ea) (liquid form of 2wheetbix and milk)

-Nashi's
-Almond Nuts OR Cashews
-Museli Cearel
-Fat Free Fruit Yoghurt
-Slim Cheese
-Low Fat Milk
-Wheat Bread Or Wholemeal
-FatFree Luncheon
-Fat Free Pasta In Can's
-Crackers
-Carrots And Dip
-Tomato's
-Fat Free Museli Bars
-Washed Potato's

What Frozen Foods Should I Get For Like My Dinner Time For Each Day!?
Fish!? Chicken Nuggets!? Those Are Examples!.

honestly i've never tried Up and Go cos i hate weetbix so i guess i wouldn't like them!.
everything on your list sounds pretty good!. just watch u don't over indulge on dip!. its very fattening!.

don't live on frozen meals!. cook! (unless u don't have the time)
its not hard to buy some fresh chicken, a bottle of sauce and some frozen mixed stir fry vegies and cook up a stir fry!.

buy fresh fish!. much better than frozen!.
chicken nuggets and all that sort of processed crap is probably not really healthy either!.

buy lean meat (such as steak or chicken or fish) and grill it instead of frying/baking it!.

there are plenty of other kinds of fruit that you can add to your list!Www@Answer-Health@Com

um um do u know what i used to like when i wasnt a vegetarian !.!.!. those frozen fish fillets that sealord makes !.!.!. thy have a lot of varietys but i get the lemon pepper !.!.!.so good !.!.!.!. and i just have it as a burger and not too many calories eitha !.!.!. u can always get fries as well and just chuck them in the oven !.!. no oil and they r healthy :) chicken nuggets and hash browns r good too cuse they r nice to have 4 dinna and lowish in calories !.!.!. so depends on personal preference

uve got a real good shopping list btw !.!.!.!. i didnt have subway today !.!. they were closed :(
