I need help with weight loss?!


Question: I need help with weight loss!?
I am 14 yrs old, 5'1, 150!. I changes my lifestyle and lost 11 pounds so far!. I have been doing it for a month and a 1/2 so far!. I am eating healthy!. But someone told me that taking vitamins can help!. I take a multivitamin in the morning, every day to ever other day!. I was just wondering what vitamins help weight loss!. I know there is fishoil, vitamin B complex, greentea pills and more!. but i was wondering what vitamins would i (a 14 yr old) be able to take that helps weight loss!. and also if you tell me what they are can you tell me what they do for you to help!? please answer and if you really help me i'll pick best answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi-

You'll be better off eating a well balanced diet!. Supplements do not contain all the micronutrients that can help your body!. The fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, & K) can accumulate in your body and lead to further issues!. Avoid those supplements!. Your body will pull the nutrientsit needs from what you ingest!. Most of the rest will just leave your body in the form of expensive urine!.

Try eating a colorful diet consisting mostly of fruits and veggies (generally: more color = more nutrients)!. Limit (but do not eliminate) the animal products you eat!. They contain saturated fats and cholesterol, but also necessary complete proteins!.

Here are three things to try in order to boost your metabolism:
1!. Eat with in an hour of getting up & don't skip meals
3!. Exercise
4!. Get plenty of sleep

I have a Excel spread sheet with common nutrients, where they can be found, signs of deficiency/toxicity, and their function in the body; however it is too large to post here!.

Try to take 200 mcg of Chromium Picolinate!. It is natural and helps stave your appetite!. You only need to take one a day!. It is supposed to help burn fat!. But, continue to do what your doing!.
