Breakfast question?!


Question: Breakfast question!?
i cant it breakfast in the morning it makes me vomit and shivver and when i tell people i dont eat breakfast they are like :O
is it really unhealthy
how can i be more balanced

I study nutrition and weight loss a lot, and I've helped a lot of people lose weight!.

Common wisdom is that breakfast is the most important meal of the day!.

That being said, I've spent a fair amount of time in Europe, and I've noticed that people there are a lot thinner than their American counterparts!. Diet varies from country to country, but I've noticed that one thing they all have in common (save the UK, which, btw, is just as fat as America) is they eat a light breakfast!. And I mean really light!. A croissant and a cup of espresso that is barely bigger than a shot glass!. They don't seem to be any less healthy or energetic than we are!.

So I'm wondering if breakfast - especially a big breakfast - is overrated!.

Try this: eat something but make it really light!. That croissant, or an apple or banana!. Have a big glass of water with it, and then don't feel pressured to eat for another couple of hours!. See how you feel!. If you feel fine, and you aren't tired or grouchy, you're probably on the right track!.

Do eat something though!. It's been eight to ten hours since your last meal and your body needs the nutrients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't feel hungry either, since i was like 12, i only feel hungry around 11am or 12pm, but what i do i drink tea with half and half or some coffe n milk!.!.!.!. helps me stay awake lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
